Martin can ye please help me out Iam having a sometimes on & off relationship with reaching the GG site sometimes it pops up no worries Other times it says server cannot be found at all???why is this,I also have been having PM troubles it will say I have none & when I go in at times it actually has pms in it??? I also have experienced the issue of getting minus 3 pms or whatever number it has said this all happens on & off I also couldnt get into my emails wherein I read my subscriptions reply posts this was a problem for past few days so we took the PC to a technician & he fixed it all so ave had it back for couple of hours & have been unable to access the GG site on 4 seperate occasions & one time I actualy activated to look into archives which it said was loading but did not do so thereafter I lost GG completely & cannot return to it via my favourites or on internet???Thanks for listening Martin, so can you advise me on what to do now please.My email now is fixed if you need to send me an email thankyou heaps.Forgot tae mention tae ye that I accessed ye now via a topics subscription post emailed to me in case ye wonder how ave got oan,Here Iam on this 2nd time normaly so wonder if something is going ape at GGs PC circuits haha???? sometimes ave only 1 emoticon as well sometimes zero at all weird this is????

Hiya Martin can yeou help me out as it appears for the 2nd time I have had my email go down on pC over past weekwherein I can neither access my emails in any way or use msn & I have also noticed 2 other people have had simular problems with emails too.Is it a possability GG may have picked up a bugg from a member & now theres a few of them like me getting same issue no accusations here intended but this is 2nd time in a week now pc technician said our server for Hotmail was fine as was windows live & perhaps someone has sent a bad email without realising it if so does there be a possability on GG for picking up an occasional bug arise ? Honestly just asking so as I can rule it out that is all no harsh blameshifting thoughts in my head just a querie thats all.My pc technician didnt actualy do anything at the time so I have only been out 15dollars haha anyhoo Martin would be great to have my queries replyed to on here or in pm so I can rule it out or not thanks Martin Gratefull for any help at the moment GG does come in & out at times too as you can see by my prior posts to date so don't wish to lose out on my GG.cheers Martin thanks.Also got -1pm again what does that mean Martin please?

Hi lindamac, it's highely unlikely that you could have picked up any viruses by accessing the GG site, so you can probably safely rule that one out. As the technician said, email communications are much more problematic because they can quite easily deliver trojans or other nasty files to your PC without you knowing (that's why you should always have up-to-date anti-virus and spyware programmes installed and running. A reliable firewall is also a must.

Hi Anne1, from memory, I think this is just the 'processing' animation which shows up when the page is refreshing itself, but should go away quickly.

cheers GG My emails awe right noo & ave got firefox & Etrust also Nero on go so alls well for the minute cos had it looked at since asking that question,the PC technician said it was aweright there was a password problem that was causing me to lose email apparently I used it too much or something.My pc is only 8 months old & I sorta figured & was guessing so very sorry to have made it appear I was blaming cos in fact I was groping & guessing cos I don't know better being a novice at the pc world sorry about that I shouldve replyed to you that I got it fixed.Thanks for replying GG that was kind of you I appreciate it.
