This granny who is in her 70s, has been in all the newspapers and on the TV news. She is a very brave woman.

I wonder how the robbers feel being attacked and knocked down by an elderly woman.

Hi Lennox, I watched that on the news last night. It was brilliant to watch her swing into action from the other side of the street.

Couldn't read the robbers' lips, but think it may have been something like "What the?"

Did you notice the big burly men standing there and only come to her aid once the robbers fell of their bike?

Great show by Granny but the truth of the matter is that the guys on the Vespas will probably have some well-drilled psychiatrist to state that they're the real victims in this and the Granny will be charged with assault.

Net result: Supercharged Vespa Drivers released, Granny gets six years for assault !
