Am all weepy just now, tears of happiness though,
My late brother Jack's, new g/g/son has been named today.

Yes, he is named" JACK MICHAEL". hence me being weepy.
Lovely having a Jack back in the family.

Really sad day for me here .I had to say goodbye to my wee cat Sandy.She had been my baby for just over 17 years.
She was quite frail and on recent visits to the vet he more or less told us her time was near .Today was the day. I keep coming across her wee toys etc and that starts me off .I just went into the kitchen to make sure she had food and drink in her place !!!!!..I'll just away to my bed and have a wee greet and maybe tomorrow wil be easier .

So sorry to hear about Sandy, Jakka, I know how you feel losing a wee member of the family. I lost my Sandy 5 years ago and was determined not to get another cat but my daughter brought me a wee black kitten a few weeks later. Sawyer has been my wee companion ever since then. Tomorrow will be a wee bit easier for you, in the meantime I'll have a wee greet for you.

Just back from seeing the specialist at Motril Hospital- Suspected recurrence of hernia repaired 16 years ago. All OK- must have just strained myself lifting something.

Got a appointment within 4 weeks. appointment time was 11.12 - seen at 10.20 and out at 10.40, before I was due in. Howzat !

Finally cured the computer problem: Bought a new one. (ALDI, €499)
Now I've got 4 (rolls eyes)
Soon as cleaned out the old ones they're going to the junk yard (or a guy I know who buys them for the bits he can use to sell rebuilt ones so I might get a couple of bob for my old ones)
So that takes care of my 1st months earnings at my knew job ... came just at the right time.
Hope everyone here is as happy as I am ... which; if you're like me, doesn't take much to accomplish

Mornin'all. Ah've been usin' Aldi compputers for the last 7 or 8 years Tomi, only problem is (like me ) they run out o' memory. Must admit ah was startin' tae wonder if yi' had been goin' up ladders again

Weatherperson said today will be the last o' the warm days for a while, got a wee fence tae paint so ah'm doin' it this mornin'. Aw the weans are off school from today for a fortnight for Easter, that'll mean the shops are out o' bounds for me. Ah love weans but no' shops full o' them, grumpy, me
