As a child I used to go to Cambridge Street Baptist Church. Attended Sunday School, Ropeholders, Friday night tea, lantern slides, shows put on for the elderly. I even went to Kelvingrove Park where we put on a show and the theme was ' Drink - and how it affected families' Whoa! didn't realise I was so holy. Must admit I enjoyed every moment of it. Cambridge Street Church is no longer there - nothing left not even a wee plaque. sad.gif
