Just finished watching a documentary on Roberto Durans fight with Kenny Buchanan.
Up until the thirteenth round I thought Durans best punch was the one he kept throwing with the side of his head.
That is until at the end of the thirteenth after the bell he connected with a text book uppercut to Buchanans groin.
Interestingly in an interview given long after he retired when asked who was his toughest opponent he named Buchanan.
The one fighter he never gave a rematch too.
