I was cleaning out some old things of my sons and I found the video of Live Aid or"Do they Know Its Christmas"
I remember my son being so proud of being able to buy it.
I played it and there was Bananarama,Duran,Duran, Sting,Paul Mccartney,Culture Club,David Bowie,Phil Collins,Wham,and many more it was a nice memory for me ,then on T.V they announced they were making a new version and that the old one was made twenty years ago!!!!! just thought I would reminice has anyone ever seen it ?

I remember sittin up watching it Mags, was shown in stages all around the world wasn't it? We taped it at the time.
I was reading the Daily Record recently, and it said Bob Geldolf was wanting Kylie Minogue to be in it.....so I gathered from this they're doing a twentieth year anniversary concert....anyone else heard this?

One of ma favourites was Elton and George Michael singin "Don't let the sun go down on me"....LOVE that wan. biggrin.gif

The new generation of pop stars,have recorded a version,recently.Funny thing was ,one of the kids was talking about Bob Galdaf lol. Saw him and Midge Ure,being interviewed last night.Still the same old Bob,never, did finish those elocution lessons. biggrin.gif
