Jimmy I will take a win over a loss anyday, but that was disgraceful, Scotland 2 Moldova 0. If you win say little they say, and if you lose say less. Well I will say little, the young goalie although not challenged much was no bad, midfield lacked ideas and the long ball was poorly executed, Fletcher and Ferguson have some football skills over others on that park, but did not produce them, McFadden moves fairly well good left foot.

I am not being harsh, I tell it like it is, Walter and his coaches are to congratulated with the win considering whats available at anytime. You have to be joking when you say its not the full 11, Scotland dont have the players to have a full 11 at anytime, and the rest of what you type is unrealistic, beyond belief! LMAO

as it stands i'm quite happy to be lookin' at the situation thru "purple coloured glasses".........
at least 6 of smith's choices are out due to injury....i ask any team to take out 6 of their squad and see what happens......the 6 include his 2 main strikers......
berti's legacy will be "he screwed us out of germany2006".....can smith, burns et al. (that would be super ally ) get us there??
the odds are long indeed....but at least they will put on a show.

Scotland I believe are around 85th in world standings, if Smith improves on that to any extent then my hats off to him, even if we dont qualify, which is extremely unlikely, anyhoo.

your ranking of Scotland is correct Hubert, Moldova is 112, and Belarus are 63rd.Im afraid that Scotland will have to realy sharpen up if they want to continue in the competition. As you say a wins a win, but we looked tired at the half time mark and gave the ball away too easy

Well 0-0, what can I say, CRAP,that was about it. Our keeper got man of the match and he sure deserved it, but as a team you may have well put Pollok or Maybole on, they would have done better. The worst game I have seen all season.
