The good news is, if Boris wins, we'll be straight into a general election as he said that was what Gordon Brown should do when he replaced Blair.

Boris is an honourable, trustworthy and consistent guy, right rolleyes.gif

You can trust him as far as you can throw him thats for sure. laugh.gif

I'm surprised Carmella or DJ hasn't mentioned the anti Scottish poem he authorised for publication in 2004 when he was the editor of the Spectator magazine.

The Scotch - what a verminous race!

Canny, pushy, chippy, they're all over the place.

Battening off us with false bonhomie;

Polluting our stock, undermining our economy.

Down with sandy hair and knobbly knees!

Suppress the tartan dwarves and the Wee Frees!

Ban the kilt, the skean-dhu and the sporran

As provocatively, offensively foreign!

It's time Hadrian's Wall was refortified

To pen them in a ghetto on the other side.

I would go further. The nation

Deserves not merely isolation

But comprehensive extermination.

We must not flinch from a solution.

And as this was years before the SNP came to power it fits in with the recent poll that most Tory members would happily kick the Union Jocks to the kerb in a heartbeat to save Brexit.

It must be heartbreaking for them not to have their love reciprocated? yes.gif

'63 per cent of Tory members would rather see Scotland leave the UK than Brexit scuppered'

This is what most of us have known all along, Carmella will be devastated (then again she'll do what is best for the the London party) to find out her party members would quite happily throw her and the rest of her fellow Britnats under the bus.

That'll be the big red one with 350 million for the NHS on the side. laugh.gif
