Since using the "Spider" Board Display option which I like very much, I'm receiving the following Attachment error code........

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: metakey() in ...

I really prefer the spider option and I think this is a server side problem., but can anyone help please.
Thanks in advance.
Cash

Looks like a server side issue.

I run across same error when in spider mode.

Looks like have to revert to other style, it clears the error.

Yes, that's what I've had to do, revert back to Green mode as well.

It has its compensations though, colour for instance. biggrin.gif

Thanks for replying Rabbie.

Hiya stratson,

DSP means "Delivery Service Partner". OEM means "Original Equipment Manufacturer"

Delivery Service Partner version of Windows is similar to the OEM version of Windows in that it is distributed only with new computers and you cannot purchase a Delivery Service Partner version of Windows except with a new computer. Many smaller computer vendors include a Delivery Service Partner version of Windows on new computers.

Have a look Here for more information regarding installing Windows7 over Vista.

Hope that's of help to you.

Hi Cash ma Giro,
Firstly "Thank You so much for taking the time to try and help me.
Am throwing in the towel.
Am wondering why Amazon sold this to me as my computer(desktop) is almost 2 years old. Did the compatability test,,,,, Vista to Windows 7, every thing passed. When I inserted disc, nothing happened, continued for a few hours, same story, then I thought to myself, will play my D.V.D. of Celtic Thunder, not a dicky bird. Wondering now if a fault with disc player on my p.c.

As you state is only to be sold with new computer.

Am so frustrated am hoping I can return and get a refund for my 76.80.

If so will just buy a new tower with Windows 7 already installed., the flat screen I bought is perfectly fine.
The link you posted is very good.

A lovely sunny day wasted in the house getting nowhere.

Hi and thanks again TeeHeeHee for taking the time to help on this thread..I placed my video to favourites on my youtube page but I'm afraid I don't know what 'pick & drop' means
..I tried to post it on the garden page using the 'browse' thing and all I get is the 'file uploading' symbal spinning for half an hour, then if and when it stops it says'you did not select a file to upload'..I've done everything that was explaind in your last post, and I posted it on my 'Springburn' site ok....It's about 7 minutes long...Hmmmm'

Stratson, you don't need to go to the expense of a new tower, you can re-format your Hard Drive

Here's three Videos showing you how to format a PC with Vista Operating System.

Remember to keep a copy of important data.....emails etc can be pasted to a floppy disc. I'll tell you how, if you're using Outlook Express.
I don't use Microsoft "Outlook" but it may be the same procedure.

Another huge "Thank you "C=M-G."

I appreciate your help enormously however, my son has just picked up package to return to Amazon at P.O. They will give me refund within thirty days.
Printed out labels from Amazon returns last night.
Truthfully am glad to be rid of the stress it caused me. Don't need it at my time in life.
I purchased this present set-up at P.C. World a year past August.
If they can do it for reasoable price will go for it,
I have a greatgrandson who will happily take this and I will just go for Windows 7 new set=up.
Have a lovely sunny weekend. biggrin.gif

I know exactly what you mean stratson. Here's hoping it all goes smoothly for you, I'm sure it will.

I'm enjoying the weekend as I type, glad to say it's just too warm to potter about in the garden at the moment. Gosh if we could only say that every weekend. biggrin.gif

stratson, I'm using the trusty old XP, and don't have any experience with Win 7 unfortunately.

However, "Outlook Express" and "Windows Mail" are no longer included in Windows 7.

I ran a search for you and include a Microsoft link you should have a look at, it explains what options you have (don't get downhearted) ......

There's also a Windows 7 Forum where you can "Ask A Question" regarding any problems you experience......

You may also like to visit the following link....
** btw, Anyone else experiencing problems with Windows 7 should have a look here also, it's a complete list of Win 7 help Forums, an excellent link you should add to your favourites menu.

I hope this helps, however some other member may give you further advice.

cash.

Good Morning and Thank you Cash. Guess what, problem solved, Incredimail uses my server address now. I ran a search myself, just like you. All resolved and I can tell you, Windows7 is (so far) a vast improvement from Vista.
No more headaches(hopefully.) Trust you are well. smile.gif
