I hope you enjoyed the walk as much as we did, and we did

Thanks to Big G for suggesting, leading and supplying a map for this walk
To all who made the walk, 7 of us, thanks for turning up
Those who were unable to join us, you missed a good walk in a mostly dry day

Hi folk,Pals, this walk was on the 16th february, The Carron Valley Reservoir area, we had done a long walk in this area late last year and from that we realised there were 3 walks in to be done within that 14 miles, this is one of them
An easy mostly flat walk on decent paths though muddy at times
Weather was a bit dreich at the start and was forecast to get worse, before improving about 2pm/3pm
Rain was very light and petered out for most of our walk before a light flurry close to the that died out, so we were pretty dry, in fact it was a lot better than when we were in this area last year

Ready for our walk

Our route is marked by arrows and yellow

Bye for now, Norrie

Well that's all from today's walk, I had to delete a few shots because of camera shake and rain on the lens, I will do better next week
Enjoy from the comfort of your house
