James Thomson.
I knew a James Thomson from Govan. You might want to try the
"Sunny Govan" website, and you could also mention Renee, his wife.
So many of these people emigrated in the 60's, so he could be anywhere in the world now.

Another place to try is the Govan High School website.
Jim Thomson hung around with the Drumoyne crowd....if this is the same J.T.
Good luck.

it sounds like it could be anybody else know him cheers james

Just a suggestion; So many of the Govan/Drumoyne/Kinning Park people emigrated in the 60's and later.
Perhaps if you left a message on some Scottish/Glasgow websites in Canada, Toronto was a popular destination in those days.

If you have the time, South Africa was also a favored destination in that period.
You've been looking for Jim Thomson for a few years, might be time to try a different tact?
The fact that you've had no definite response could possibly be because he's no longer residing in Scotland.
I sincerely wish you success in finding this man. Someone out there knows,
good luck in your quest.
