'Are you talking Dylan?'

Quite a new saying amongst the enlightened and can do crowd, it originates from a Glasgow message board where a comical 'victor meldrew' character called Dylan would jump into positive discussions trying to bring the optimists mood down to his 'empty glass' outlook, such threads were known to be Dylanised, hence people who had a cannae dae attitude were met with the phrase 'are you talking Dylan', most who were asked apologised after realising they were sounding like a grumpy old sod.
