Chicken portion
Large potato (chopped)
Large Onion (chopped)
Large leek (chopped) Try to get one with as much green as possible.
Dessertspoon of long grain rice
Parsley(roughly chopped)
Salt and pepper

Boil chicken in water until tender. Strain stock into soup pot and set aside chicken.
Add remainder of ingredients to stock and cook until tender.
Skin and chop chicken and add to soup.

Eat with plain bread(preferably an ootsider).

Simply delicious!
