Not a building so mush as a memory. There was a scrap yard at the corner of Craigmont Drive & Maryhill Road we knew it as the Inkie Moses for some rearson.

There was a huge wall surrounding it on Craigmont Drive that we used to climb up and walk right to the top of the street and then dreep off. When I was about 3 or 4 the man gave me an old pedal car that he found and painted it all up for me, I'd push it up the hill and ride it down.

Hi, Oor Wullie, I'm trying to remember the scrapyard on Craigmont Street, I used to work as a Machinist at Swaw's Foundry on Shawpark Street, 1956-1959 I can't remember the Scrapyard, I know what you mean by being homesick. always a Glaswegian
