Can anyone say when Scotia Street was demolished to make way for the M8 motorway in the St George's Cross area of the city; and are there any enduring memories of life in Scotia Street?

Hi
I've just found out my great grandparents lived at 3 Scotia Street in 1926. There names were Archie and Janet McDougall.Where was Scotia street?
