Hi

Does anyone on the forum know where this location is?
It was used in the film "Perfect Sense" shot mostly in Glasgow, but has this scene on a beach with what looks like an old pier or sunken forest. Would be great location for some landscape photography. Thanks Hugh

Hi Hugh, could it be this old timber seasoning yard at Langbank on the River Clyde? http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/842302

Cheers, I used to see this place from the train en route to Greenock. I looked it up in the library back then because it was such an odd looking scene - especially when the tide was out. These days Google comes in handy.
Serabash - that Secret Scotland site is excellent. I wasn't aware of it before - probably cos it's a secret! shhh. I'll no tell anybody..honest. smile.gif
