> St. Augustines School In Milton, Why was it demolished?

I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about a chap named Toppings who attended St Augustine's in the late 60's/early 70's (unfortunately I don't know his first name). Legend has it that he created a homemade bomb from chemicals he nicked from chemistry classes and used it to blow up/burn down a geography classroom. It supposedly took place in 1974 but I've been unable to find any evidence online that it even happened. If anyone knows anything about this incident I would be interested to hear as I've always wondered what exactly happened and what became of the young lad.
