When the New pension rate comes in after April 2016, just how many people on these boards will effectively lose out as their current pension rate of max >116 will be lower than that of the new rate of 140.
I retired early but still accumulated 42 years of NI contributions whereas someone retiring after April 2016 will only have had to contribute for 35 years. I think that that is a bit unfair.
What do others think?

(Retired early but still didn't get my state pension until I reached 65 years of age).
