As a youngster I attended the City Mission on Crownpoint Rd in Glasgow. A few years ago I changed the ringtone on my mobile to Tom Dooley. Soon after I was visiting my mother when my phone went and my mother went into a fit of laughter, when I asked what the hilarity was all about she explained that, when I was about 4yrs old I was asked to leave the Mission because every time they said "let's bow our heads and pray" I stood up and started singing the song "hang down your head Tom Dooley, hang down your head and cry." rolleyes.gif
