Wonderful news that clearly the citizens of the city wanted to hear. I look forward to my next visit to see it as I remember it in my youth. thumbup.gif

What was that I heard on the national news. "Blue Monday, the most depressing day of the year".
Not in Glasgow it ain't.
Knowing that all they're going to do in George Square is wash its face, kind of puts the smile back on Glasgow's Monday.... Good news.

Good news, was this decision to overshadow other 'news'?
Also i'm wondering how much all this farce has cost the taxpayers, and will the companies who have submitted designs and spent some considerable time on them, be entitled to compensation, or be allowed to sue for their costs. For some reason i'm thinking this isn't the last we'll hear of this.

Exactly my thoughts on hearing this; excellent, news.
