Hi folk,On Friday, I met Ron Smith who has just had published 4 books about Gorbals
The Gorbals and Oatlands volumes 1 to 4, I have 19 photos of mine in the books and Duncan McCallum has 36
Stenlake are the publishers and each volume cost 16
Volume 3 has this photo of mine on the back cover

Waddell st, Ballater st 2005, I had hoped it would be a cover of a book one day, I think it was UG member, alanm who thought the same and tarted it up for me
The publisher has lightened it but I prefer mine, it was a very foggy day and is not that way on the cover, but no matter at least it was used

Bye for now, Norrie

Thanks for your comments, Ashfield and Dave Grieve, nice to know the thread gets looked at now and then
I was given the 4 volumes, free of charge
At the time I took the photo I was cursing the fog but when I seen the results I was pleased, lucky shot, I knew I had one in me biggrin.gif

Norrie, I love fog or mist when taking photies as it can add some extra impact. This is one of mine, it won me a few competitions in days gone by rolleyes.gif
