I found this old gem of a film and want to share it with you. A marvellous flashback in time to 1912 when no-one went bareheaded, paddle-steamers were filled to overflowing, and you went for a swim fully clothed! Enjoy it. By the way - don't think you have gone deaf - it's silent!

I just found another one, this time of the Kirkintilloch area in 1935 plus other bits of Clydeside. Bit more 'modern' and folks are mostly bareheaded now! Still silent though, but another fascinating keek into our grandparents past.
