Andra you make my teeth water, seeing St. Enoch's Square makes really feel homesick, I remember a fish & chip shop on the Square If my mind serves me right it was coloured blue that was in 2005 when my Wife and I were home on holiday, we were in a tearoom on the square, was it called Greggs ?

the Blue Lagoon, brings back a very pleasant memory for me,
Quite a number of years ago my late husband and I while on a trip to Scotland, decided to take an express coach trip to St. Andrews one day ;;weather was wonderful!, anyway on our return journey, we were walking down Buchannan St from the bus station, when we smelled this wonderful aroma, so into the fish shop we went and ordered fisn n chips and a black pudding supper, as we where feeling a bit hungry at that time, it tasted like nectar from the gods ,
we ate the suppers walking along the Mitchell Lane to the central station to get the train home. tongue.gif Those supper were the icing on the cake to a very pleasant day.
I belief at that time the Blue Lagoon had just recently opened in Buchannan St.

My Wife & I were home on holiday, we stayed at the Quality (Central ) hotel down on Gordon St. there was a Fish & chip shop on Gordon St. I came back with a fish supper and a pie supper In my pockets and was eating a black pudding supper now if that is not doing the rounds what is, also there is a restaurant across from the hotel called Dino's the food was fantastic needless to say that I ate my usual and my Wife ate all that unhealthy salad stuff, I had to use up half of my Wife's seat on the plane coming back over here (just kidding)
