I never set foot out the door without my make-up .I remember asking my youngest daughter to tell me if I ended up like some of the old (says she 68) wives with the lippy used as blush and two pink circles on their cheeks .Her response to this was no matter how old I got she would applaud the fact that I still wanted to look good .!!! Lovely lassie I've got .

Ye have a lovely lassie indeed there Jakka....clearly take after her mammy...laugh.gif

Ye know, ah kin jist aboot hear the gasps of shock horror frae here, but Ah hardly wear make up attaw, but most definately no jist tae go shoppin and so on....ah'm no a wan tae go oot in ma scruff or anythin, but ah jist dont get the whole makeup thing....ah'm quite shy in a crowd, but otherwise fairly confident in who ah am as a person, if ye know whit ah mean, an ah jist feel if people are gonna judge me by how ah look, its their loss.....

Mind you, when ah think aboot it, it might have somethin tae do wi the fact that ah'm rubbish at puttin it oan....mibees ma daddy wis a clown right anuff.... laugh.gif

She is indeed a lovely caring daughter jakka smile.gif I'm the same I don't go over the the door without my lippy. Nothing to do with confidence or what other folk think, I just feel good with my make up on biggrin.gif
