I'm looking for a joiner who was employed at Goldbergs in 1956. He was about 34 years old then and his name was Jim. ????

I`m looking to avoid the store `tec in there who, in the mid-70`s, collared me and my two 14 year old mates and gave us a wee trip to the back room. Just for the sake of it, mind. Some noisy lads killing the summer holidays, honest! I gave him a dodgy name based on a train station we passed through on a day out to Salcoats the previous summer. My brother told the other tec next door our real names. What a b*stard!!

Is it true a young guy named Andrew Smith was one of the store tec`s in Goldbergs in the late 70`s/early 80`s? He wrote "Full Circle", a pretty good Doctor Who story, in Tom Baker`s last year.
